Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Not damaged from installation, misuse, or normal wear
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged Items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the issue.
Final Sale / Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or installed items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Returns requested after 30 days
